No, that's not clear enough

Your Lack of Clarity is Holding You Back

Hi Reader,

Tangible results, sustainable growth, better culture, higher accountability.

These are outcomes most of us want. Unfortunately, they don't show up just because we want them.

Better outcomes are a direct results of clarity and intentional action.

So when you tell me you want to increase revenue, I'm going to push for specificity. How much revenue? One-time sales or recurring? At what profit margin? By when? Who is tracking it? Why do you want it? How will your team or business benefit when you hit this goal?

Then—and only then—can we have a meaningful discussion about how you get there.

I'm not excited by a general idea of what you want, because vague generalities don't get you (or your team) to take actions like sending the scary email, having the uncomfortable conversation, or making the big audacious pitch.

But, a crystal clear, detailed vision of exactly what result you're trying to create and what you'll get to be/do/have/experience when you get it? That I am excited about.

Once you have that level of clarity, we can map out a clear direct path to get you there. We can identify exactly which actions move you closer, what might get in the way, and set up accountability that helps you stay on track and make measurable progress.

That is wildly exciting to me!

Give yourself the gift of achievement at the end of this year—take time to get clear before we start Quarter 4 next week.

Reply here if you want support, or let me know what you're working toward.

I'm rooting for you!
