A Better Story for 2025
Reader,
The overwhelming narrative I have seen this week is: "Thank goodness 2025 is finally over, what a hard/awful year". If that's your vibe, go for it.
But I believe in being a co-creator of my experience. That means I pay a lot of attention to the stories I tell, and how they make me feel. When I focus on what sucked about 2025, I quickly spiral downward into a sticky, defeated, victim-y mindset that does not serve me.
So I'm choosing a different story! Not erasing what was hard, but focusing on—amplifying—what was great.
Here are the questions I'm reflecting on. I invite you to join me, and answer these questions for yourself.
- What am I most proud of achieving or creating in 2025?
- What am I most proud of becoming in 2025?
- When was I most courageous this year? How did that serve me?
- Who supported, celebrated, uplifted, inspired, and challenged me for the better this year?
- What did I experience this year that has become non-negotiable in my life? (May be a new mindset, habit, practice, process, level of connection, or anything else.)
BONUS: I am feeling generous and LOVE celebrating my community, so I'm giving away a seat in my 2026 Clarity & Goals workshop on Friday, January 9. Hit reply and share some of your reflections with me, and I'll enter you in the giveaway! 🎉😍
Cheers to you, Reader!! To all you have become, created, experienced, felt, and shared. I celebrate you!! 🎉🌟💚
Keep growing,
Jamie 🪴💚
